Record 120 tax returns submitted in January and before the deadline!

Mark and the team worked flat out throughout January to make sure that all tax returns were submitted on time. Forward planning also enabled MJH Accountants to come to the rescue of new clients who, for one reason and another, could not rely on their then current accountant to submit their tax return on time. We are always happy to assist whenever we can and to help keep all our clients fully compliant, whilst also remaining tax efficient.

How you can help us to help you

As your year-end approaches, look out for your MJH letter in the post, which tells you the information that we require to be able to submit your accounts. We request you to provide us with your full information within 3 months. Accounts are to be submitted to HMRC nine months after your year-end. Personal tax information request letters will be sent out after 5^th April. Again, let us have this information before 30^th September.

How to avoid a £100 HMRC penalty!

You providing us with your records on time enables us to fully prepare your accounts ahead of the deadline. This way we can submit your tax return timeously and you are certain not to attract a £100 HMRC penalty! We actively encourage you to contact us if you are unsure of what we need and strongly advise you to keep on top of your records and keep Xero up to date.
