MJH Accountants are proud to announce that we have been short listed in the prestigious BIBAS category of Professional Service Business of the Year. We are through to the first interview stage and Mark will be representing the Team on Friday 15th May. Watch this space and we will let you know how we go on! The Team was also ‘highly commended’ in the North West Insider Young Professionals Awards. We are always looking to improve our working practices and to deliver ever-increasing excellence in service to our clients. MJH Accountants…always there! Challenge us, we think you’ll be refreshingly surprised at our approach to service delivery.
115 miles in two days – no challenge is too tough for MJH!
Mark and his wife Laura completed the gruelling Keswick to Barrow Walk last weekend. They completed the 40 mile walk in under 10.5 hours, raising much needed funds for Cumbrian charities. If you would still like to sponsor them, it isn’t too late, take a look at our Latest News section on our home page. Mark has also challenged himself to complete the 75 mile St Catherine’s Big Charity Bike Ride this weekend! Your support is greatly appreciated. By sponsoring Mark you will be helping to make all the difference to the lives of local people living with cancer, their families and supporters.
Supporting local groups – using pedal power for success.
We are proud to be sponsoring GHP European Factory Race Team. GHP are an elite racing team boasting world class riders who are currently leading in the British team standings. We feel that it is important to support local groups, particularly those who engage with young people and promote healthy activity. The GHP members’ ages range from 6 to 45, demonstrating that cycling is truly a sport for all!
Lancashire Expo – congratulations to Shout and welcome to new partnerships.
MJH Accountants were delighted to exhibit at the Lancashire Business Expo last month. This was a well-attended, well- organised and well-appointed event. Sixty people entered our competition! Mandy King from NetDec won 3rd prize, Michael Lister for Mobile-e-Solutions 2nd Prize and Emma Lamb from Bevlan 1st Prize. We hope our competition winners enjoy their prizes. Thanks go out to Chris Naylor from Marketing Incentives and Meena McDonald from Zebra Colour for helping make our Expo experience such a success. We are now working in partnership with Inleaf whose stand was located to the left of ours! We are thrilled with our new corporate planters supplied by Daniel and Charlotte. Thank you Inleaf!
Apprenticeships are the future – your future starts at MJH Accountants.
We have extended the closing date for our Business and Administration Apprenticeship to 10th July, so it still isn’t too late to apply! Take a look at the Vacancies section in our News and Info Zone, then submit your C.V. without delay. We are already working in partnership with Runshaw College and are delighted with the contribution that Sophie makes to the team. In fact we have a very dedicated team who dovetail together, drawing on individual skills to deliver a holistic and comprehensive service. We are looking for the right person to complement our existing team. It could be you!
